A mission that takes the effort of everyone in a small company like our workshop. Everyone working for Edgar is asked to be willing to be honest. A honesty which starts during every step of our work by each one and is then transmitted to everyone who comes to our workshop looking for their dream instrument.
Cristian Pinieri
Born in 1998, Cristian Pinieri plays an important role in managing the social media presence of Sound of Cremona. From YouTube to Instagram and beyond, Cristian collaborates with the team to craft engaging and innovative content. Every video, photo, and post reflects a shared creative effort, meticulously planned—from scripting to filming, editing, and publishing.
Cristian’s creativity extends beyond social media. He is responsible for photographing the instruments and creating 360° models that allow visitors to explore the craftsmanship in detail on the company’s website.
With a deep passion for music, Cristian began his studies at the Arrigo Boito Conservatory in Parma in 2016. Alongside his education, he pursued a career as a professional musician, which sparked his interest in photography and content creation. What started as a personal exploration of creativity quickly became a profession.
In 2022, through his childhood friend Marco Dotti, Cristian met Edgar Russ and Minjeong Kang. This meeting marked the beginning of his journey with Sound of Cremona, where his creative vision and technical expertise contribute to showcasing the artistry and excellence of Cremonese violin making to the world.

NINA ZOE RUSS
Nina, being a professional Marketing and Business Consultant, contributes significantly to our Social Media efforts. She is the eldest daughter of Edgar. Nina's expertise in Marketing and Business Consulting greatly enhances our Social Media strategies.
ANNA JOY RUSS
Anna, Edgar's youngest daughter, possesses a creative mindset and excels at overcoming obstacles. She is responsible for producing all videos for the Online Violinmaking Academy. Recently graduate of Swiss Italian University.
